1. What is the lead time for orders?

Most orders generally takes around 2-3 working days to complete upon checking your files. We will advise you on the earliest pick up date via email or whatsapp. You will receive an email notification once your order is complete.

Feel free to drop us a message if you have an urgent order, we will do our best to help :)

2. I have an urgent order, can I place order?

Yes, you can! We will do our best to slot in an urgent order and complete them as soon as we can. Please WhatsApp us @ +65 8120 3662 to see if we are able to fulfil your rush items before sending in the order!

Shipping

1. We offer a few forms of delivery methods:

i) Local Delivery

A door step delivery service fulfilled by our in-house delivery team. Your order will reach you on the selected delivery date at arranged timing.

ii) Self arranged pick up by third party delivery team (Eg. Lalamove or Grab)

You can self arranged your delivery team to pick up your order. All delivery charges will be bear by buyer and we are not liable for any damage or lost of item during the delivery.

iii) Self Collection

Self pick up is available at our studio on your selected date and time slot. Pick up instructions & address will be sent to you in our confirmation WhatsApp.

2. What are the shipping/delivery charges?

For self collection, it is complimentary from our studio (45 Kallang Pudding Road)! Please make an appointment with us in advance before heading down.

A flat fee of $50 islandwide delivery charges applied for orders less than $300.

Payment

We accept PayNow and Direct Bank Transfer only.
